Who is responsible
Rahber Institute of Quran & Islamic Studies is responsible for personal information submitted through this website and through the resulting WhatsApp conversation.
Information we collect
An enquiry may include a parent or guardian's name, phone number, email address, UK city, selected course and plan, number of students, preferred times, and any message provided. The AI course adviser also uses the child's age, current Quran level, learning goals and preferred schedule.
How we use it
We use enquiry details to answer questions, recommend a suitable class, arrange a free trial and follow up about enrolment. The lawful basis is your consent and, when you ask us to arrange tuition, taking steps at your request before entering a service agreement.
AI course adviser
The adviser sends only the answers entered in that form to Lovable AI to produce a recommendation. Rahber does not save those adviser answers in the website database. If you choose to continue on WhatsApp, the prepared message will include the details and recommendation.
WhatsApp and international processing
Enquiries are sent through WhatsApp, operated by Meta. Information may therefore be processed outside the United Kingdom under WhatsApp's own privacy terms and international data-transfer safeguards. Only send information you are comfortable sharing through WhatsApp.
How long we keep enquiries
Rahber may retain enquiry and follow-up information for up to 12 months after the last contact, then delete it unless a longer period is required for an active student relationship, legal obligations or resolving a dispute.
Your UK data rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection to how your personal information is used. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful use. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
