Our approach

Lessons are one-to-one and online. We ask parents or guardians to be nearby during lessons for children under 18.

Families can ask for a female teacher for daughters or for any student.

Online conduct

Teachers communicate about lessons through the parent's contact details. Teachers must not ask children for personal information, photos or private contact.

Raising a concern

If you have any concern about a lesson or a teacher, message us on WhatsApp straight away. We take every concern seriously. If a child is in immediate danger in the UK, call 999.
