The simple terms that apply when you or your child take online Quran classes with Rahber Institute.

Enrolment
You can enrol after a free trial class. Enrolment is confirmed on WhatsApp once a course, plan and time slot are agreed.
Fees and payment
Fees are monthly: £60 for 5 days a week or £40 for 2 days a week. Payment is due at the start of each monthly cycle. Payment details are shared privately on WhatsApp.
Scheduling and missed classes
Lesson times are agreed in UK time. Please give notice on WhatsApp if a student cannot attend. Rescheduling depends on teacher availability. If a teacher misses a lesson, we will offer a replacement.
Conduct
Students and teachers are expected to be respectful. Parents of children under 18 should be nearby during lessons. We may end classes if conduct rules are repeatedly broken.
Cancelling
You can stop classes at any time by telling us on WhatsApp before your next monthly cycle begins. See our Refund Policy for details.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
